Equipment Overview
The LN2 Blast Freezer uses liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant medium. Liquid nitrogen flow is controlled by a solenoid valve, sprayed through a multi-hole disperser, and forcefully broken up and vaporized by fans for direct heat exchange with the food. The extreme temperature of liquid nitrogen is -196℃, allowing the food to pass rapidly through the maximum ice crystal formation zone of 0℃~-5℃, forming fine ice crystals and reducing drip loss.
The equipment has a cabinet structure and is available in two types: manual door opening and side door opening. It mainly consists of the cabinet, the cooling system, and the control system.

Standard tray size 400×600×25 mm stainless steel (can be supplied by the buyer or provided with the equipment).
Main Structure
Cabinet
- Inner and outer chambers are formed from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel sheet by shearing, bending and welding, with reinforcing ribs added at load-bearing positions
- The insulation layer is a multi-layer adiabatic foamed low-temperature insulation layer, 150 mm thick
- The joint between the inner and outer chambers uses an ultra-low-temperature sealing ring that does not harden at low temperatures and can absorb the cold-shrinkage stress of the inner cabinet
- Integrated embedded electrical control cabinet, with the operation screen embedded in the upper part of the cabinet
- The exhaust vent is located at the rear of the equipment to prevent condensate from dripping onto the food or trays
- The temperature sensor protection tube is a SUS304 seamless tube, located at the middle position of the inner chamber wall
Cooling System
- Composed of a liquid nitrogen tank, liquid nitrogen delivery pipe, solenoid valve, disperser, circulation motor and fan, and guide plates
- The liquid nitrogen flow control solenoid valve is an imported low-temperature liquid nitrogen solenoid valve
- The liquid nitrogen disperser sprays through multiple holes, working with the fans to forcefully break up and vaporize the liquid nitrogen
- The circulation motor is a sealed, low-temperature-resistant external motor, with an extended stainless steel shaft transmitting power and a fully welded sealing flange on the outside
- The circulation fan is a low-temperature-resistant engineering plastic multi-blade axial fan with a hydrophobic surface that resists frosting; the air field is designed by simulation, and the air speed is adjustable
- The liquid nitrogen delivery pipe is insulated on the outside to reduce liquid nitrogen loss
Control System
- Touch screen input, PLC intelligent control, with PID automatic regulation
- Cooling and holding can run in ten steps, with automatic alarm and power-off after the program ends
- PT100 platinum resistance temperature measurement, Class A accuracy
- Main electrical components are imported brands

Installation Requirements
- Wiring from the main power line to the electrical control cabinet is to be completed by the buyer
- Exhaust ducting, liquid nitrogen and the liquid nitrogen tank are to be provided by the buyer
- The equipment is delivered to the site by the supplier, with personnel dispatched for installation and commissioning
Service
- 1-year warranty on the complete machine, 2-year warranty on the control system
- Free on-site after-sales follow-up visit arranged every year
- After a fault report is received, we first communicate by phone and provide a solution within 2 hours; if the issue cannot be resolved by phone, we arrive on site within 24 hours and clear the problem within 72 hours
- During the warranty period, faults caused by design or manufacturing are repaired free of charge by the supplier; long-term technical support is provided after the warranty period
