Cabinet Body and Insulation

  • The inner and outer cavities are formed by shearing, bending and welding SUS304 food-grade stainless steel plates, with reinforcing ribs and PTFE reinforcement at load-bearing positions, maintaining load-bearing capacity without deformation.
  • The connection between the inner and outer cavities uses an ultra-low temperature sealing ring, which does not harden at low temperatures, absorbs the shrinkage of the inner box, and reduces stress at the connection.
  • The bottom of the inner cavity is provided with high-strength adiabatic supports, balancing safety and insulation performance under heavy loads.
  • The insulation layer is a multi-layer adiabatic foamed low-temperature insulation layer, with a thickness of 150 mm.
  • The sensor protection tube is a SUS304 seamless tube, located in the middle of the inner cavity wall, truly reflecting the temperature inside the cabinet; the exhaust hole is located at the rear of the equipment to avoid condensed water dripping onto the trays.

Liquid Nitrogen Circulation and Cooling

  • Liquid nitrogen is delivered from an external storage tank (provided by the user) into the equipment through a low-temperature high-pressure delivery pipe, with the outer layer of the pipeline insulated to reduce liquid nitrogen loss; the circulation loop inside the cabinet is composed of a solenoid valve, disperser, circulation motor and fan, and guide plates.
  • Liquid nitrogen is sprayed through the porous diversion of the disperser, combined with the strong crushing and gasification by the fan, directly impacting and cooling the food.
  • The circulation motors are three sealed low-temperature-resistant motors installed externally, transmitting power into the cabinet through extended stainless steel shafts, with fully welded sealing flanges on the outside to avoid cold air leakage, and the air speed is frequency-adjustable.
  • The circulation fan is a low-temperature-resistant engineering plastic multi-blade axial flow fan, with a hydrophobic surface that is not prone to frosting, and a uniform air speed of 10 m/s.

Control System and Safety Design

  • Touch screen input, PLC intelligent control, with PID automatic adjustment function; it can run cooling and holding in ten steps, and automatically alarms and cuts off power after the program ends.
  • PT100 platinum resistance temperature measurement (Class A), temperature measurement range 200℃ ~ -200℃; 7-inch color screen, capable of manual and automatic operation, storing multiple freezing processes, one-key operation.
  • Integrated embedded electrical control cabinet, with the operation screen embedded in the upper part of the cabinet body, saving space.
  • Safety design: dual-channel temperature sensors and feedback system for main control and monitoring, over-temperature alarm; the equipment is equipped with a grounding wire, circuit breaker and phase sequence protector to avoid wiring errors and reverse operation faults.
  • The interface uses foolproof input, and the operation height and width are considered according to ergonomics, with low operating noise.

Matching Transfer and Tray Loading

  • Standard equipped transfer push cart and material cart, the material cart is 1050 × 750 × 873 mm, can be directly pushed into the cabinet body in place, and a direct-push material cart design can also be used.
  • The rack can hold 40 trays at a time, and the layer spacing of 75 mm can be designed according to the product; the tray is 400 × 600 × 25 mm stainless steel, to be provided by the buyer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the freezing capacity of DKN-LFC-300 at 300 kg/h calculated?

300 kg/h is a reference capacity value under common product and packaging conditions, and will vary with product type, single-piece weight, initial temperature and packaging method. Calculation requires specific materials and process requirements.

What is the cooling rate of this equipment?

The no-load cooling rate is not lower than 20℃/min, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions. The freezing time with load depends on material thickness, initial temperature, packaging method and target core temperature, and needs to be calculated according to the specific product.

How many trays can be loaded at a time, and do trays need to be provided by the buyer?

The standard layer spacing of the rack is 75 mm, and it can hold 40 trays at a time; the tray specification is 400 × 600 × 25 mm stainless steel, which needs to be provided by the buyer, and the equipment does not include trays.

How much power distribution capacity is required, and where does the liquid nitrogen come from?

The total power is 2.5 kW, and the power supply specification is 380V/50Hz. The on-site power distribution capacity, wire diameter and grounding are determined according to the equipment installation requirements. The equipment is not equipped with a liquid nitrogen storage tank; liquid nitrogen is supplied from the user’s on-site storage tank through a low-temperature delivery pipeline, with a working pressure of 5-8 bar.
