Cabinet and Insulation

  • Inner and outer cavities are formed from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel plate by shearing, bending and welding, with reinforcing ribs and Teflon reinforcement at load-bearing positions, maintaining shape under long-term load.
  • Ultra-low temperature sealing rings are used at the joints of inner and outer cavities, which do not harden at low temperatures; the embedded fixed sealing strip absorbs inner box shrinkage caused by low temperature, reducing stress at cabinet joints.
  • The insulation layer is a multi-layer adiabatic foaming structure, 150 mm thick.
  • High-strength adiabatic supports are arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity, balancing safety and insulation performance under heavy loads.
  • The temperature sensor protection tube uses SUS304 seamless tube, positioned in the middle of the inner cavity wall; the exhaust hole is located at the rear of the equipment to prevent condensate from dripping onto the equipment or material trays.

Liquid Nitrogen Circulation and Cooling

  • Liquid nitrogen is fed into the equipment from an external storage tank (user-supplied) through a low-temperature high-pressure delivery pipe, with the pipe externally insulated; flow is controlled by a proportional valve, sprayed through multiple holes of a distributor, and broken up and vaporized with fans to directly impact and cool the food.
  • Three sealed low-temperature-resistant motors are externally mounted, transmitting power into the cabinet through extended stainless steel shafts, with fully welded sealing flanges outside to prevent cold air leakage; fan speed is frequency-adjustable.
  • Circulation fans are low-temperature-resistant engineering plastic multi-blade axial fans, with hydrophobic surfaces that resist frosting; the air field is designed through full simulation, with a uniform air speed of 10 m/s, maintaining orderly cold air circulation even when food trays are placed in the cabinet.
  • Dedicated transfer carts and material carts are provided; push-through cart designs are also available as needed to reduce floor space.

Control System and Safety Design

  • Human-machine interface (touch screen) input, PLC intelligent control, with PID automatic adjustment function; cooling and holding can be run in ten steps, with automatic alarm and power-off after the program ends.
  • PT100 platinum resistance temperature measurement (Class A), temperature measurement range 200℃ ~ -200℃; 7-inch color screen, supporting manual and automatic operation, capable of storing multiple freezing processes, one-touch operation.
  • Integrated embedded electrical control cabinet, with the operation screen embedded in the upper part of the cabinet, saving space.
  • Safety: dual temperature sensors and feedback system, over-temperature alarm, equipped with grounding wire, circuit breaker and phase sequence protector.
  • The operation interface is designed according to ergonomics, with fool-proof touch screen input.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the internal cavity dimensions of DKN-LFC-600?

Internal cavity dimensions are confirmed per order, depending on cart or tray specifications and single-batch loading capacity. After providing tray specifications and single-batch loading capacity, we calculate according to the material.

What is the basis for the 600 kg/h capacity?

600 kg/h is the reference capacity of this model; actual throughput varies with product type, piece weight, initial temperature and packaging method. When selecting a model, provide piece weight and shift output requirements, and we calculate according to the freezing curve.

How does this equipment perform in cooling and temperature control?

No-load cooling rate is no less than 20℃/min, adjustable according to process; temperature control accuracy ±1℃, temperature uniformity ±3℃. Loaded freezing time depends on material thickness and packaging method, calculated according to the specific product.

Where does the liquid nitrogen come from? Does the equipment include a storage tank?

The equipment does not include a liquid nitrogen storage tank. Liquid nitrogen is supplied from the user’s on-site storage tank through a low-temperature high-pressure delivery pipeline, with a working pressure of 5-8 bar; the pipeline is externally insulated to reduce liquid nitrogen loss.

What electrical safety designs are included?

The equipment includes a grounding wire and circuit breaker, and is equipped with a phase sequence protector to avoid wiring errors and reverse operation; the control system has dual temperature sensors and a feedback system, with over-temperature alarm and automatic alarm and power-off after the program ends.
