- Information you provide. When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, you provide us with your name, company name, contact details, requirement description and the technical information needed to assess it (such as product type, capacity, site conditions and power supply).
- On-site assistant conversations. The content of your conversation with our on-site AI assistant is stored on our servers so that we can answer your question and improve the service.
- Technical information. To keep the service running and to prevent misuse, our servers record the technical information necessary for access and rate limiting (such as a session identifier, IP address and access time).
- Selection tool. The recommendations produced by the selection tool are calculated locally in your browser; the process parameters you enter are not uploaded to our servers.
- This website does not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts and has no online form that collects your details.
3. How we use the information
- To reply to your enquiry, issue quotations and discuss freezing solutions with you;
- To provide production, logistics and after-sales support related to your orders;
- To keep the website and the assistant service secure and stable, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.

- Where it is necessary in order to quote or to manufacture, we provide only the technical data required for a specific process to the partner workshop that performs that process, and we require that workshop to keep it confidential.
