Dongguan Kunning Low Temperature Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2024 and is located in Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. We focus on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of LN2 quick freezing equipment and low-temperature cooling equipment, while also providing customers with ultra-low-temperature freezing and quick freezing technical solutions.

The equipment covers cabinet, chamber, tunnel and other models, and can be designed and manufactured as customized products according to user requirements, matching refrigeration methods and cooling processes to the customer’s material conditions.
Equipment Manufacturing and Configuration
Cabinet Structure
- The inner and outer chambers are formed from sheared, bent and welded SUS304 food-grade stainless steel plate
- Load-bearing positions have reinforcing ribs and are treated for low temperature to prevent cold-air penetration at low temperatures
- Multi-layer foamed low-temperature insulation, 150 mm thick
- Ultra-low-temperature sealing rings at the joints between inner and outer chambers do not harden at low temperatures and can absorb the cold-shrinkage stress of the inner box
Electrical and Control
- The blast freezers are equipped with German Siemens PLC, touch screen and temperature control modules
- Temperature measurement uses German Heraeus PT100 platinum resistance sensors, Class A accuracy, measuring range 200℃～-200℃
- Relays and contactors use French Schneider components
- Touch screen human-machine interface with PID automatic adjustment, capable of running cooling and holding programs in steps
Safety Design
- The LN2 tunnel freezer is equipped with an oxygen concentration detector, set value 19.5%～21.5%
- The exhaust fan, oxygen concentration alarm and equipment are interlocked: when the exhaust fan outputs a fault, the equipment stops running; when oxygen concentration is too low, the solenoid valve closes automatically and the exhaust fan keeps running
Service Approach
From preliminary selection to on-site commissioning, we cooperate step by step:
- Requirement Confirmation — Confirm the material, weight per batch, infeed temperature, target temperature and site conditions
- Solution and Configuration — Determine the model, refrigeration method and configuration list according to the customer’s actual conditions
- Manufacturing and Delivery — Manufacture according to the plan and deliver to the customer’s site
- Installation and Commissioning — Dispatch personnel for on-site installation and commissioning, and cooperate to complete the appearance, configuration and function acceptance
- After-Sales Support — 1-year warranty on the complete machine, 2-year warranty on the control system, with annual on-site follow-up visits
