Cabinet and Insulation

  • Inner and outer cavities are formed from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel plate by shearing, bending and welding, with reinforcing ribs at load-bearing positions to resist deformation under long-term load.
  • The joint between inner and outer cavities uses ultra-low-temperature resistant sealing strips that do not harden at low temperatures, fitting snugly and absorbing inner box contraction, reducing stress at cabinet joints.
  • The insulation layer is a multi-layer adiabatic foamed structure wrapping the inner cavity, reducing cold leakage and frost formation.
  • Elastic silicone strips provide thermal insulation between door cover and cabinet; the temperature sensor protection tube uses SUS304 seamless tube, positioned at the middle of the inner cavity wall to reflect the true temperature inside the cabinet.

Freezing System and Cooling

  • Liquid nitrogen is fed into the equipment from an external storage tank (user-supplied) through low-temperature high-pressure transfer piping, with the pipeline externally insulated to reduce liquid nitrogen loss.
  • The liquid nitrogen path is opened and closed by pneumatic cryogenic valves according to program, with flow regulated by proportional valves, injected through a multi-hole disperser, and after being broken up and vaporized with fans, directly impacts and cools the food.
  • The circulation motor is a moisture-proof, explosion-proof, low-temperature resistant motor mounted externally, transmitting power into the cabinet through an extended stainless steel shaft, with a fully welded sealing flange outside to prevent cold air leakage.
  • The circulation fan is a low-temperature and corrosion resistant multi-blade axial fan, resistant to frost formation, providing uniform cold air distribution inside the cabinet.

Control System and Safety Design

  • Human-machine interface (touch screen) input, PLC intelligent control, equipped with temperature control module and PID auto-adjustment function; can run cooling and holding in steps, with automatic alarm and power-off after program completion.
  • PT100 platinum resistance (Class A) temperature measurement, measuring range 200℃ ~ -200℃; color screen display, supports manual and automatic operation, can store multiple freezing processes, one-touch operation.
  • Integrated embedded electrical control cabinet, with operation screen embedded in the upper part of the cabinet, reducing floor space.
  • Safety: dual-channel temperature sensors for main control and monitoring with feedback system, over-temperature alarm; oxygen concentration detector interlocked with equipment; equipped with emergency stop switch, grounding wire and circuit breaker, phase sequence protector.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the 1500 kg/batch capacity of DKN-LFC-1500 calculated?

1500 kg/batch refers to the loading and processing capacity per batch. The equipment has a dual-zone structure; actual loading capacity is calculated according to the number of zones and material placement, and needs to be confirmed in combination with piece weight and tray specifications.

What is the cooling rate of this equipment?

No-load cooling rate ≤ 50℃/min, adjustable according to actual production process. Loaded freezing time depends on material thickness, initial temperature, packaging method and target core temperature, calculated per specific product.

What capacity is needed for power distribution?

Total power 5 kW, power supply specification 380V wide voltage (50Hz grid). On-site distribution capacity, wire diameter and grounding are determined according to equipment installation requirements.

Where does the liquid nitrogen come from, and does the equipment come with a storage tank?

The equipment does not include a liquid nitrogen storage tank; liquid nitrogen is supplied from the user’s on-site storage tank through low-temperature transfer piping, at working pressure 6-8 bar.

What is the oxygen concentration detection for?

Liquid nitrogen vaporization can cause localized oxygen deficiency. The equipment is equipped with an oxygen concentration detector, setpoint 19.5%~21.5%, interlocked with the equipment to protect operator safety.
